The General Contractor conducts interaction with the State supervision Authorities in the process of construction activities, and in the course of delivery of the Project to the state acceptance committee (obtaining of ZOS).

Project commissioning

The General Contractor provides passing the State committee and obtaining of Note of compliance of the Construction Project with the initial requirements (ZOS), including preparation of complete package of As-built documentation.

General design

GES Construction, through its own subsidiary, GES Design carries out a full range of design activities.

General design is a set of activities aimed at developing design documentation required for the construction of a project, making changes if and when necessary, and monitoring its compliance with local norms and legislations at all stages of construction and reconstruction of buildings for various purposes.

The General designer carries out and coordinates all design work, starting from the architectural concept and ending with the Working documentation.

Development of architectural concept design

Development of the main space-planning solutions for the project, visualization of the external appearance and building internal premises.

Development of Stage P design documentation.

Development of general architectural and Structural design in volume and content in accordance with the RF Government decree № 87 dd. 16.02.2008. Prepared design documentation of Stage P shall mandatory be examined by Expertise services.

Passing the Expertise of Stage P design documentation

Carrying out of passing the govermant or non-governmant Expertise of Stage P design documentation, correction in case of necessity, obtaining of positive Expertise conclusion.

Development of working design documentation (Stage R)

Development of Working design documentation based on Stage P design, in accordance with which the construction works shall be carried on. The Working design documentation includes detailed structural design and design of building MEP systems, development of construction details.
