GES Construction Ltd. was established

GES Construction Ltd. was established in 2015, quickly becoming an active player in the construction industry in Russia

First projects

First contracts were signed with the Regions Development for a number of projects: Business centers Business Quarter 1 and 2, Residential complex Dream Towers, Educational institution No. 463 in the Nagatinskaya Poima district of Moscow

GES Construction brightens Moscow city

Contracts were concluded with the Regions Development for the reconstruction of the South River Station building, as well as for the construction of the Dream Beach Club in Moscow.

The birth of JSC "GES Construction"

Project portfolio was increased with the Regions Development, signing a number of new contracts: “Multifunctional development. Stages 1, 2 and 3: Office center, Hotel complex, Residential complex with underground parking and infrastructure facilities, including an educational center for 150 pupils” and “Open-air amusement park”. Due to the growth of operational activities, a restructuring was carried out with a change in the organizational and legal form - the company was transformed into Joint Stock Company "GES CONSTRUCTION"
